The project addresses the persistent challenges faced by youth, women, and children in Enugu State, including limited access to socioeconomic opportunities, inadequate participation in decision-making processes, and vulnerabilities to social, cultural, and political marginalization. Recognizing that these groups are key drivers of community development yet often underrepresented, the project aims to empower them with skills, knowledge, and platforms to actively influence policies and practices that affect their lives. Targeting primarily young people, with strategic inclusion of women and children, the project operates within the broader context of Enugu State’s developmental priorities and aligns with national policies on youth engagement, gender equality, and social justice. By combining capacity building, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, the project seeks to create sustainable, locally driven solutions that enhance participation, accountability, and social empowerment.
